Order Policy

Custom orders require advance notice: 48-72 hours for standard items, 2-4 weeks for wedding cakes and large events. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery may incur charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order confirmation for standard items. Custom and large orders require a 50% deposit with balance due upon pickup/delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks. Late payments may result in order cancellation.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Items not collected within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products when properly stored and consumed by recommended dates. Claims must be made within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the defective items.
